Meet the trainer: Mikala “Kae” Glover
I graduated from Auburn University with a degree in Human Development and Family Studies and began my career in social work. Through that work, I discovered a passion for meeting people where they are and empowering them with the tools, resources, and encouragement they need to create meaningful change in their lives.
In 2024, I met my amazing husband, and we were married on New Year’s Eve 2025. Shortly afterward, we relocated to Santa Rosa, California to support his career. That transition gave me the opportunity to reflect on my own professional path and the impact I wanted to make.
While my passion for helping others has never changed, the way I pursue that mission has evolved. Instead of supporting individuals through family case plans, I now help people build healthier, stronger lives through fitness and exercise. As a personal trainer, I combine my background in human development, behavior change, and supportive coaching to help clients achieve their goals, build confidence, and create lasting habits that support their overall well-being.
I believe fitness should be structured, progressive, and sustainable. My approach focuses on building strong foundations, mastering proper form, and creating disciplined habits that produce long-term results. I prioritize accountability, encouragement, and measurable progress so clients not only reach their goals — but gain the confidence and strength to maintain them.
The Kae Method is simple: keep showing up and the results will follow!
